Qualifications

• Significant experience in a fast moving B2B environment.
• Experience with performance management, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and pension legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR operations and administration.
• Handle employee relations and performance management.
• Develop staff policies and employee guidance.
• Foster staff culture, engagement and well-being.
• Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and staff inductions.
• Manage compliance processes and procedures.
