Qualifications

• Experience of working with senior managers and Trade Unions.
• Ability to interpret employment legislation for compliance.
• Knowledge of Civil Service terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employee lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide HR advice to SMT and managers on employment issues.
• Develop and maintain HR systems for compliance.

Skills

CIPD qualified (Chartered level)

Extensive generalist operational HR experience

Experience of managing staff

Well-developed communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Education

CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
