Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing a HR team or department.
• CIPD qualification held for at least 3 years.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day HR operations and team management.
• Support recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding.
• Maintain HR policies in line with employment law.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to managers.
• Manage employee relations and grievance cases.
• Conduct exit interviews and track trends.
