Responsibilities

• Lead HR activities across JBSEEL, including recruitment and performance management.
• Provide advice to senior leadership on people strategy and workforce planning.
• Oversee employee relations matters in line with policies and legislation.

Skills

CIPD Level 7 qualification

Experience in HR management roles

Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of HR policy and employment law

Ability to manage complex HR cases

Coaching and influencing senior leaders
