Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ people management experience, ideally in HR.
• At least 5 years’ experience in organisational change management.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leaders in finalising the design and implementation plan for an organisational restructure.
• Coordinate the change team to ensure effective programme delivery.
• Manage the full restructure process—consultation, redeployment, and recruitment.
