Job summary

Qualifications

  • Working as a HRBP or similar with exposure to ER and case management.
  • Experience of supporting a global or international client base.
  • Good level of employment law knowledge and understanding of key principles.
  • Skill in handling conflict and uncertain situations.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong working relationships across the organization.
  • Understand the business agenda commercially and culturally.
  • Assist with HR initiatives and project implementations.
  • Support visa and immigration matters and business-driven projects.
