Job summary

A London borough council located in the UK is seeking a professional to establish and manage partnerships with affordable housing providers. Job description

Salary range: £44,685 - £48,003 p.a. incl. London weighting (plus fantastic benefits!)
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Location: Civic Centre and other locations from time to time

This post focuses on establishing, managing and investing in strong partnerships with affordable housing providers in the Borough including our Tenant Management Organisations to oversee that homes are well maintained and continue to deliver for Brent residents.

The Post

This post focuses on establishing, managing and investing in strong partnerships with affordable housing providers in the Borough including our Tenant Management Organisations to oversee that homes are well maintained and continue to deliver for Brent residents.

The Person

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of Local Authority housing issues and an ability to think and act strategically, contributing to long-term planning and supporting improvement strategies and opportunities. Experience in building and maintaining constructive relationships with various partners and influencing them to achieve shared goals. You will also need skills to effectively manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation. You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders while working collaboratively, be a problem solver and resilient. CIH Level qualification is required or willingness to undertake the course, provided by the council.
