Job summary

MYTIME Young Carers is looking for a Head of Operations to guide strategic leadership across governance, compliance, and digital infrastructure. This pivotal role requires a strong operational background and collaborative spirit to propel the organization’s growth. You will partner closely with the CEO, ensuring operational excellence and oversight of governance and compliance.

The ideal candidate will manage relationships with external stakeholders and contribute to MYTIME’s mission-driven culture, while also enhancing operational strategies and ensuring effective programme delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a senior operational role within the charity sector.
• Strong understanding of charity governance and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead digital infrastructure development.
• Experience managing commissioned services and contracts.
