Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the leisure/entertainment industry.
  • Experience managing a large team is essential.
  • Basic project management skills and strategic mindset preferred.
  • Experience with Admissions / Ticketing Systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel, analyzing large data sets.
  • Exceptional communication abilities with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational support for Indirect Sales teams.

  • Support new business development activities globally.
  • Ensure compliance and track documentation processes.
  • Collaborate with Digital & Data teams for system improvements.
