Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to join the Group Corporate Development team in a hybrid London-based role. You will work on strategic projects, assess potential acquisitions and partnerships, and support senior leaders from evaluation through to execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial modelling, analytical and communication skills, and experience in corporate development, M&A, or related finance roles.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic analysis for senior leaders and executives.
• Prepare briefing papers for CEO, CFO and Group CD Director.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships across the Group.
• Evaluate and deliver strategic initiatives that drive growth for Bupa.
• Conduct business valuation and financial analysis for investment opportunities.
• Assess impact on key business and financial metrics.
• Support due diligence activity and coordinate workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on CD projects.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
