Job summary

Major Bank is seeking an Associate into the corporate strategy team in London. You will undertake in-depth analysis to support the development and tracking of the group's strategy.

You will provide support to the senior strategy function and management on strategic reviews, improving planning quality, governance and management information. The role requires collaboration in a small, flat-structured team and the ability to work independently.

• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a small team with a flat structure.

Responsibilities

• Undertake in-depth analysis to support the development and track execution of the strategy of the group.
• Provide support to senior strategy function and senior management on strategic reviews and governance improvements.
• Ensure proper consideration of market, industry, and competitor analysis to support planning and performance management.
• Ensure team’s compliance with mandatory initiatives and requirements.
