Job summary

Radiant is seeking a Manager – Group Reporting to build and lead a scalable consolidated reporting function within a fast-growing AI infrastructure business in London. You will own IFRS consolidation, intercompany accounting, and the monthly/ yearly close across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

You'll partner with engineering, HR, operations, and board to deliver accurate, audit-ready numbers while driving improvements through automation and controls.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent with 5+ years in financial reporting including IFRS consolidation.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; experience with enterprise accounting software.
• Deep IFRS 16 lease and IFRS 15 revenue knowledge; interpret complex transactions.
• Ability to translate finance to non-finance stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management with auditors and leaders.
• Commercial acumen on leases and deal structures.
• Meticulous, entrepreneurial in process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build the consolidated reporting engine for scalable finances.
• Lead month-end and year-end closes across jurisdictions.
• Own IFRS consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Collaborate with engineering, HR, operations, and marketing.
• Manage audit relationships with external auditors.
• Build and develop the Group Reporting team.
• Partner with finance and operations to understand business drivers.
• Translate complex multi-entity transactions into clear data.
• Drive improvement with AI-driven reporting tools.
