Job summary

SF Executive partners with a Warwickshire-based firm and seeks a Group Finance Director to steer the group’s long-term financial health and growth. You will report to the Group Managing Director and partner across the Group, driving financial leadership, KPIs and robust management information.

You will lead a team, foster best practices, build internal and external relationships, and contribute to strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent).
• Experience in project-led environments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key business partner to the Group and its entities.
• Manage, present and recommend financial information to the Group Board and related businesses.
• Lead improvements to the financial reporting pack and develop KPIs.
