Corporate Services Limited (CSL), a subsidiary of UCS College Group, seeks a Group Estates Director to lead strategic estate development across multiple campuses. The role shapes a sustainable, financially resilient estate that supports learners, staff and college ambitions.

Reporting to the Managing Director Corporate Services, the postholder will govern the long-term estate strategy, capital programme and investment cases, ensuring alignment with curriculum priorities and commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development of the Group's long-term estate strategy and capital programme across four campuses.
• Translate strategy into prioritised estate roadmaps and robust investment cases.
• Provide direction and assurance with day-to-day delivery led by Heads of Service; liaise with MD, SLT, leaders and funders.
