Job summary

Panoramic Associates seeks an experienced Governance & Operations professional to support a Trust through growth, focusing on governance and operational excellence. You will work with senior leaders to ensure effective governance, compliance and organisational processes aligned with statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience supporting Board-level governance.
• Excellent understanding of governance legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience preparing Board papers, agendas and minutes.
• Strong relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality governance advice to senior leaders, trustees and governors.
• Manage annual cycle of Board and committee meetings, including agenda planning and clerking.
• Produce accurate agendas, reports and minutes.
• Monitor and follow up actions from meetings.
• Maintain GovernorHub and support trustees and governors in its use.
• Coordinate trustee and governor recruitment, induction and development.
• Lead policy review, maintain Policy Register and manage formal complaints.
• Ensure compliance with statutory governance publication requirements.
