A leading tech company based in Greater London is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to provide hands-on and strategic support for performance management and workplace conflict issues. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in Employee Relations, strong leadership skills, and a capability to assess risks and implement effective solutions. This role requires collaboration across multiple jurisdictions and will involve mentoring HR professionals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner roles.
• 3+ years of experience managing HR/ER professionals.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions in EMEA with Works Council presence.
• Experience in assessing risk relative to the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Employee Relations Partners.
• Provide strategic support and coaching to managers.
• Assess team and manager development needs and implement solutions.
• Triage employee relations casework effectively.
• Conduct data analysis to highlight key trends in employee relations.
