Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in clinical development and operations leadership.
• Global clinical development and trial management expertise.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs in matrix environments.
• Experience managing CROs, external partners, and outsourced development models.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and team development capabilities.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP and global regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations strategy and input into global CDPs and program objectives.
• Oversee clinical development activities across indications with timelines, budgets and quality expectations.
• Drive operational risk management, issue resolution, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Partner with Clinical Trial Leads, Project Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution of global programs.
• Support country/site selection, CRO management and regulatory readiness activities.
• Lead and mentor clinical operations teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure inspection readiness and support audits across the portfolio.
