Responsibilities

• Overall management and leadership of Cluster 2, delivering and evaluating all services.
• Ensure effective structures to meet standards of patient care and manage risks.
• Support the Clinical Director in developing patient-centred services and meeting performance targets.
• Review efficiency and effectiveness of services in terms of cost and financial flows.
• Work with stakeholders to find opportunities for service redesign.
• Deputise for the Associate Director and participate in the on-call rota.
