Job summary

Age UK Bucks is seeking an experienced fundraising leader to grow its giving and secure diverse funding streams for older people in Buckinghamshire. You will shape and deliver a sustainable fundraising strategy, supervise campaigns and donor engagement, and work across the charity to embed fundraising in services and communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fundraising
• Experience leading fundraising strategy and frontline delivery
• Knowledge of fundraising regulations and best practices

Responsibilities

• Own, develop and implement a sustainable fundraising strategy and hit annual targets (£65,000 current target)
• Donor and supporter stewardship and engagement
• In-community engagement and service talks/outreach
• Develop and manage donor database and ensure GDPR compliance
• Initiate and manage fundraising campaigns with storytelling and supporter engagement
• Provide regular financial reports on income and opportunities
• Identify grant opportunities with Trusts and Foundations manager
