Marks and Spencer is seeking a Franchise Account Manager to lead strategic Franchise partner relationships, drive sustainable growth and champion our brand with partners.

You will own joint business planning, forecasts and budgets, collaborate across Buying, Supply Chain, Marketing and Retail Operations, and present insights to senior stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role with senior partner exposure and opportunities to influence strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling commercial customer, partner or account relationships in retail, FMCG or consumer-facing environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, forecasts, profitability metrics.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage strategic Franchise partner relationships with regular reviews.
• Own partner commercial performance and develop plans to hit sales and profit targets.
• Act as the primary commercial representative for M&S with Franchise partners.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and business planning using data and insights.
• Collaborate with Buying, Supply Chain, Marketing and Retail Operations to unlock growth.
