Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A or related analytics experience.
• Proven ability to develop budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes, monitor performance against targets, and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Design and implement a KPI framework to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to assess project feasibility and support strategic decisions.
• Identify and address financial and operational risks, monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Design and develop financial data models, BI dashboards, and automated reporting tools.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and contribute to team development.
