Job summary

Global Organisation in Cardiff is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join on a full-time, permanent basis. Up to £85,000, with a flexible hybrid setup and regular Cardiff office presence, to provide strategic financial leadership across digital initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive investment decisions through robust finance insight, and lead planning, forecasting and budgeting for multi-year programmes within a dynamic digital environment.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equivalent.
Strong FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering experience in a technology or digital environment.
Experience supporting large, complex and multi-year programmes.
Experience working with senior stakeholders in matrixed or global organisations.
Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.
High proficiency in financial systems, ERP/ forecasting tools and Excel.
Proven experience working with large datasets, with exposure to AI or automation.

Responsibilities

Act as the key finance partner to the digital department, supporting investment decisions with financial insight.
Lead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting for multiple programmes.
Monitor costs, risks and value delivery for large projects and report to Head of FP&A and CFO.
Collaborate with project leaders to reflect financial impacts in forecasts.
Improve cost control, forecasting accuracy, modelling, scenario analysis and compliance.
Prepare and present financial analysis for senior leadership and the board.
