Job summary

A leading tech firm in Greater London is seeking an FP&A Manager to join on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of FP&A experience, preferably within a tech startup or scale-up, and possess strong analysis skills with advanced Excel modelling. Key responsibilities include leading budgeting and forecasting processes, building financial models, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. This role offers the opportunity to influence key stakeholders and improve FP&A processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of FP&A experience in a tech startup or scale-up.
• Experience in B2C preferred.
• Experience within a subscriptions business.

Responsibilities

• Build, roll out and lead company-wide budgeting and forecasting.
• Create 3 way models using Looker, Tableau, or SQL.
• Perform KPI analysis and support business decision making.
