Job summary

DTC | A Codan Company, based in Whiteley, Hampshire, is seeking a Finance Manager to own budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting across the organisation. The role involves partnering with Sales, Marketing and Ops to deliver robust financial insights.

The successful candidate will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with expert Excel skills, advanced modelling, and experience with BI tools and ERP systems; UK security clearance may be required and travel possible.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Ability to translate data into clear narratives for non-financial stakeholders.
• Mastery of advanced financial modelling, scenario analysis, and proficiency in BI tools and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Compare actual results to budgets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Ops to support business cases and initiatives.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and projections.
• Deliver monthly performance packs and dashboards to the Board.
• Develop and maintain internal financial policies and management information systems.
• Prepare monthly, half-yearly and annual management accounts and statutory statements.
• Lead monthly, half-yearly and annual consolidation for all entities.
