Job summary

WPP in London is seeking a FP&A Senior Analyst to lead planning, cash flow management and performance reporting. The role reports to the FP&A Director and offers exposure to CFO/CEO level, with opportunities to influence strategic decisions through robust modelling and insightful analysis.

You will work with finance teams across WPP to drive planning excellence, enhance forecasting accuracy and evolve reporting capabilities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA or equivalent).
• Experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Audit, or Big 4/FP&A mix.
• Experience in a large global finance function is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel modelling skills with planning/consolidation/reporting tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management.
• Ability to communicate insights to senior audiences.
• Organised and proactive with multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Interest in AI-enabled finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support group-wide planning processes including budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts with milestones.
• Coordinate planning timetables and assist CFO/CEO review materials.
• Develop long-term financial planning across P&L and cash flow.
• Prepare scenario modelling and sensitivity analyses including M&A evaluations.
• Maintain risks and opportunities tracking and performance insights.
• Promote best-practice FP&A and modelling across finance.
• Assist monthly cash flow reporting and liquidity forecasting.
• Prepare Monthly management reporting, quarterly updates, and Board materials.
• Analyse large datasets ensuring data integrity and performance tracking.
• Drive process improvements and automation within finance.
