Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Robust problem-solving skills.
• Solid ERP system experience, ideally NetSuite.
• Experience as a business partner to other departments.
• International/group experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end/year-end processes and prepare monthly management reporting.
• Develop annual budgets and analyze variances.
• Maintain control over working capital and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations.
• Act as a business partner to leadership and management teams.
• Oversee all systems and infrastructure including ERP.
• Mentor and develop the finance team.
