Job summary

Leyland Trucks, part of PACCAR, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to collaborate with Purchasing and Supply Chain, delivering value through cost performance, forecasts and robust business cases. You will analyse purchase price variances, support cost movement forecasting and align reporting with global teams while driving compliance, sustainability reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Accounting qualification and degree are essential.
• Strong analytical, numerical and commercial sense are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication are needed.
• Ability to influence and build robust business cases is important.
• Good organisational skills with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Purchasing and Supply Chain to drive cost improvements.
• Forecast cost movements and report variances against plan.
• Align reporting assumptions with global colleagues.
• Improve processes, controls and technology for pricing activities.
• Support sustainability and compliance reporting across the business.
• Provide ad hoc finance support to the wider team.
