Job summary

CEVA Logistics UK&I is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Contract Logistics team, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance across the business. This is a commercially focused role that goes beyond standard financial reporting, delivering clear insights and supporting business decisions.

This role can be based at our Head Office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch or an operational site in Northamptonshire, with a salary of 65,000 - 75,000 DOE plus package.

Qualifications

• Chartered accounting qualification (CIMA or ACCA).
• Experience in operational and customer-facing environments.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvements.
• Strong commercial and business partnering skills; ability to challenge performance.
• Expert Excel skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability; interpret data and trends.
• Ability to develop options to resolve complex problems with no obvious right answer.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly and monthly management accounts production.
• Ensure checks are completed and results are agreed.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to challenge performance, identify opportunities and drive financial performance.
