Job summary

Not For Profit People is recruiting a Finance Business Partner (Collections) in London to turn financial insight into action. You will partner with budget holders across collection care, acquisitions, international partnerships, finance and legal, delivering monthly reporting, analysis and strategic advice.

Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will build relationships with senior stakeholders, explain financial information clearly, and help manage budgets and risks with

Qualifications

• Requires recognised accountancy qualification and experience in management accounting.
• Experience setting and monitoring budgets within a complex environment.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of financial reporting packages.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management reports with variance analysis and commentary.
• Process accruals, prepayments and adjustments for accurate reporting.
• Work with budget holders on annual budgets and forecasts and challenge assumptions.
• Provide training and practical support to strengthen financial understanding.
• Prepare financial analysis, business cases and options appraisals.
• Monitor performance measures and benchmarking data.
• Respond to information requests from government bodies, funders and other external stakeholders.
