You will deliver high-quality financial advice, forecasting, and budgeting while guiding a team of finance professionals to support safe and sustainable patient services.

You will collaborate with clinical and operational leaders, drive improvements in financial systems, and contribute to business cases and service developments during a fixed-term

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading finance teams and providing timely financial advice to operational and clinical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance lead for a Care Group or Division, supporting financial objectives and patient services.
• Lead a team providing timely financial advice, support and constructive challenge to leaders.
• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, planning and budgeting processes; support savings and transformation programmes.
