Qualifications

• At least four years' post-qualification experience in a similar role, ideally within FMCG.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term brand strategy through financial frameworks.
• Provide full financial ownership of brand P&Ls and deliver insights.
• Partner with Marketing Controllers to influence decisions.
• Lead financial governance for marketing spend.
• Support innovation and NPD launches.
