Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar management accounting or internal finance role.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and insightful monthly management accounts, KPIs, financial reports and forecasts.
• Monitor budgets, cashflow, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Prepare year-end statutory accounts and supporting files.
• Oversee internal payroll operations ensuring compliance with relevant PAYE and pensions.

Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel

Education

Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent)
