Job summary

ICAEW is seeking a Finance Manager to support the organisation's long-term objectives. You will partner with multiple departments, provide financial insight, lead a team of 6 analysts, and drive robust business cases, investment appraisals and performance reporting.

In a fast-paced environment you will influence senior stakeholders, deliver high-quality modelling, and champion continuous improvement across finance operations while maintaining strong governance and commercial focus.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven experience at Finance Manager level or above.
• Strong background in financial modelling, investment appraisal and business case development.
• Previous experience leading and developing teams.
• Excellent commercial acumen with influence on senior stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in complex, fast-paced organisations.
• Strong business partnering with a collaborative approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement of financial processes.

Responsibilities
