EFL in the Community (EFLitC) seeks a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and governance for the charity network across England and Wales. The role sits on the Senior Leadership Team and reports to the Group Head of Finance, driving financial performance, reporting and governance across 72 club charities.

Formación

• Charity finance: strong knowledge of charity accounting, SORP, restricted/unrestricted funds, reserves, cash flow, audit and charity VAT.
• Strategic leadership: experience developing financial strategy and providing assurance to senior teams, Audit / Risk Committees and Boards.
• Desirable: experience in national charity, federated networks, or public-benefit sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic finance, reporting and business partnering to inform Board decisions.
• Oversee monthly management information, dashboards and KPIs for SLT and Trustees.
• Lead the finance function, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
