Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior level finance role, preferably within the voluntary sector.
• Experience of leading an HR team with a proven ability to drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Excellent planning, communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading financial planning, cashflow management, budgeting and cost control for the charity.
• Responsibility for the production of the annual Financial Statements and Trustee Annual Report.
• Providing effective leadership, direction and training to the Finance and HR teams.
