Job summary

A charity organization based in Bristol is seeking a Director of Finance and Resources to lead financial and HR management. This part-time role involves strategic oversight, financial reporting, and team leadership. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the voluntary sector.
  • Experience leading an HR team with a track record of driving strategic HR initiatives.
  • Excellent planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, cashflow management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Produce annual financial statements and reports.
  • Advise and coach senior staff for improved financial literacy.
  • Ensure finance and HR strategies align with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee HR operations and compliance with employment law.
