  • Ensure financial reporting to the Northern Europe Market headquarters.
  • Oversee the accounting department for accurate financial statements.
  • Ensure completion of tax deliverables and statutory audit support.
  • Ensure strong compliance and control framework.
  • As Statutory Director, protect company assets and ensure compliance.
  • Lead and coach a direct team of 10 employees.
