Qualifications

• Proven experience at Finance Director or Senior Financial Controller level.
• Ability to present information clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience with financial covenants and compliance regulations.
• Strong systems skills, with an understanding of improvement through reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs.
• Manage relationships with key funding partners.
• Monitor funding covenants and highlight risks.
• Strengthen internal controls and finance systems.
• Provide strategic input to the leadership team.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including cashflow management.

Skills

Finance experience at Finance Director or Senior Financial Controller level

Strong reporting capability

Experience liaising with external funders

Understanding of financial covenants

Strong systems skills

Knowledge of Xero

Experience in asset finance

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
