Ingram Micro UK is seeking a Finance Director to provide strategic and operational financial leadership in a fast-paced multinational electronics services business. Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Significant senior finance leadership experience within a large corporate or multinational business.
• Strong understanding of group reporting structures, matrix organisations and subsidiary governance.
• Proven experience partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive business performance.
• Excellent knowledge of UK statutory accounting, financial reporting, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in manufacturing, engineering, electronics, services or similarly complex environments.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and business performance activities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivery.
• High levels of integrity, accountability and professional credibility.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the UK leadership team, contributing to business strategy and supporting long-term growth initiatives.
• Provide commercial insight and financial guidance to support pricing decisions, customer profitability, contract negotiations and investment opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes with robust performance management.
• Deliver accurate and timely management reporting with meaningful analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with UK statutory requirements, accounting standards and internal controls.
• Lead year-end activities, external audits and group reporting requirements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and inventory-related financial controls within a supply-chain-led environment.
• Partner with Group Finance and wider business functions to ensure consistency in governance and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and data quality.
• Lead, develop and mentor the UK finance team.
