Oxford University Press is pursuing a finance transformation and is engaging a long-term strategic partner to deliver core finance operations on an outsourced basis, with a focus on value realization and operational excellence.

The Finance Delivery Partner Manager will oversee the outsourced partner's commercial, contractual and experiential performance, ensuring a transparent, outcome-focused partnership across colleagues, customers and suppliers, with a hybrid work model requiring at least 2

Responsabilités

• Lead partner strategies aligning to OUP goals and track value.
• Own health of OUP–Partner relationships and foster collaboration.
• Establish and manage partner governance and escalations.
• Validate, authorise, and control partner remuneration based on outcomes.
• Enforce performance via SLAs and KPIs, with service credits/penalties as needed.
• Own end-to-end stakeholder experience and drive service improvements.
• Lead governance of scope changes, pricing, and impact analysis.
• Conduct periodic partner relationship and delivery performance assessments.
• Identify additional scope for delivery partners within Finance and select suppliers.
• Hybrid working policy: minimum 2 days per week in Oxford office.
