Job summary

Free-Work UK is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide high-quality financial planning, reporting and analytical support to the Financial Planning & Analysis Lead. The role will assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, product costing and business planning activities across the organisation.

You will help maintain accuracy and timeliness of financial information to support effective decision-making, collaborate with finance partners, and contribute to audits and year-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate the annual budget setting process and ensure timely completion of templates and submissions.
• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of budgets, forecasts and medium-term planning.
• Produce routine financial reports and management information for Executive Team, Board and committees.
• Support monthly management accounts and forecast submissions with Finance Business Partners.
• Monitor reporting timetables and ensure deadlines are met, providing commentary where needed.
• Assist with collection, validation and analysis of financial and operational data to support decision-making.
