Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Senior Executive Protection & Protective Security Advisor to plan, coordinate and deliver executive protection for senior personnel across the UK and Northern Europe. The role blends strategic risk management with hands‑on operational delivery, acting as a trusted partner to executive offices and regional security teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in Executive Protection, Protective Services or Corporate Security.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives, board members and senior leadership.
• Proven ability to conduct executive travel and event security risk assessments.
• Experience planning international executive travel and protective operations.
• Strong threat assessment, protective intelligence and risk mitigation knowledge.
• Experience managing third‑party security providers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to brief senior executives.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day delivery of the executive protection programme across the UK and Northern Europe.
• Coordinate protective security activities for senior executives and designated personnel.
• Deploy as a Personal Protection Officer (PPO) when required.
• Maintain oversight of operational tasking, resource allocation and service delivery across all protective activities.
• Ensure executive protection operations are delivered professionally, discreetly and to policy.
