The NSPCC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to act as a trusted partner to two Executive Directors in a fast-paced, complex environment.   • Exceptional diary management and scheduling abilities are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries, priorities and requests to keep leaders focused on high-impact work.
  • Act as trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact with sound judgement and professionalism.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and coordinate meetings, papers, actions, travel and accommodation.
  • Prepare briefs, research, correspondence, presentations and reports to support decision-making.
