The role involves managing complex calendars, preparing confidential documents, and coordinating travel. Ideal candidates should have over 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly in a recruitment or executive search environment. Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of Executive Assistant experience at senior level, 2 in recruitment or executive search.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an extremely busy executive calendar efficiently.
  • Liaise with C-suite-level external stakeholders.
  • Prepare confidential documents and reports.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Plan corporate events, meetings, and other engagements.
