• Strong estates/FM leadership background in large campuses, hospitals, universities, or multi-site estates.
• Excellent compliance and technical understanding.
• Client-side experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day estates operations across 6 sites.
• Oversee hard & soft FM delivery, compliance, planned works, and H&S.
• Support long-term estate strategy, master planning, and sustainability goals.
• Manage contractors, service partners, and in-house teams.
• Control budgets, lifecycle planning, and procurement.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across academic, senior leadership, and operational teams.
