Job summary

A major healthcare provider in Manchester is seeking a Business Director (E&F) to oversee the commercial portfolio and manage significant PFI contracts. This role involves leading innovations in service delivery and building strong partnerships within the NHS. The salary ranges from £109,179 to £125,637 per annum with a full-time permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Educated to master’s level or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Specialist knowledge of PFI and Commercial contracts.
• Specialist knowledge of PFI management.
• Can evidence recent and ongoing personal/professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Commercial Portfolio with a customer-focused approach.
• Manage the E&E Commercial Manager and Contract Management Team.
• Support E&E in liaising with Finance to achieve budgetary balance.
• Lead the commercial management of significant PFI contracts.
• Produce relevant papers for Board and Committees.
• Build relationships with external partners and NHS.
• Lead change and innovation in contract management.
