Job summary

NTT DATA UK & Ireland is seeking an Enterprise Security Architect to define and govern enterprise security architecture across complex hybrid environments. You will provide strategic leadership, translate security roadmaps into actionable plans, and guide teams in maturing architecture capabilities.

The role focuses on secure solutions in multi‑cloud setups (notably GCP), Zero Trust design, governance against NIST/ISO, executive advisory, and driving secure‑by‑design practices across technology

Qualifications

• 20+ years of cybersecurity, with at least 10 in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
• Experience leading teams to deliver architectural roadmaps and capability uplift.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements across global environments.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead through influence and possess executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise-wide security architecture vision, principles, patterns, and standards.
• Develop multi-year security architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy, technology plans, and risk posture.
• Lead end-to-end execution of roadmaps with engineering, operations and business units.
• Architect secure solutions for hybrid and multi-cloud environments (especially Google Cloud Platform).
• Design and validate Zero Trust architectures across identity, device, network, application, and data layers.
• Define enterprise security architecture guardrails, controls, and patterns aligned to NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, and industry regulations.
