Job summary

Selfridges seeks a Principal Integration Engineer to shape and evolve the integration landscape, defining technical direction, standards and engineering approach for secure, scalable integrations. Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise integration engineering.
• Hands-on with integration platforms (Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA/ODI/MFT, Boomi APIM, GraphQL).
• Experience designing scalable, secure, maintainable integration architectures.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal SME for integration engineering across Selfridges.
• Own integration delivery and roadmap; drive end-to-end governance and design patterns.
• Define and maintain integration standards, guardrails and best practices.
• Provide hands-on leadership for design/implementation of complex integrations.
• Lead a small integration team and manage internal and third-party engineers.
• Mentor and develop integration engineers to raise capability and discipline.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Solution Architects to translate requirements into robust designs.
