Job summary

La Fosse is recruiting an Enterprise Architect in London to own the end-to-end architecture across the business and work with senior stakeholders to transform strategy into a deliverable technology roadmap. The role is senior and business-facing, focusing on transforming the insurer’s architecture and responding to market shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as an enterprise-wide architect with a business architecture background and change delivery experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to challenge stakeholder requirements to deliver long-term value.
• Experience with solution governance and assurance and defining/ delivering strategic change toward a target state.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve end-to-end architecture and roadmaps for the international division in line with strategy.
• Hold business to account on outcomes, capabilities and platforms; translate into a sequenced change plan.
• Set architectural guardrails, layers and domain boundaries for delivery teams.
• Provide governance and assurance across the change portfolio to align designs with strategy and reduce technical debt.
• Produce impact assessments covering data, integration, security and infrastructure.
