Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in commercial account management within legal, ALSP, or professional services.
  • Experience in ALSPs, legaltech, or managed legal services environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to executive and GC-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined portfolio of strategic, high-value new and existing client accounts.
  • Partner with Legal Directors to create bespoke Managed Legal Solutions.
  • Maintain a strong 12-month revenue pipeline and accurate forecast reporting.
